Partner with clinics to design and implement a Tauri/Rust desktop client and Python cloud backend, build scalable infrastructure for concurrent AI agents, manage cloud (AWS/GCP) CI/CD and container deployments, and ensure HIPAA/SOC-2 compliant security, monitoring, and secrets management.

Work with founders to design, build, and scale full-stack production applications and core infrastructure for healthcare AI products. Own architecture, CI/CD and cloud deployments, observability, security, and developer experience; prototype frontends, backends, and AI integrations.

Work with founders to build go-to-market strategies, manage hospital/payer/digital-health partnerships, design outreach campaigns, build CRM workflows, collaborate with product/engineering on clinical feedback, prepare pitch materials, and support fundraising and commercialization.

Lead design and implementation of post-training alignment pipelines (SFT, RLHF, RLAIF) using proprietary medical data. Improve model calibration, safety, and clinical correctness via novel techniques, distributed training on GPU clusters, and rigorous evaluation frameworks. Collaborate with co-founders to define research roadmap and ship production-ready ML systems.
