We’re looking for a founding BizOps generalist to help shape TriFetch’s growth and operations across the healthcare AI ecosystem. You’ll work directly with the founders to build go-to-market strategies, manage partnerships with hospitals, payers, and digital-health companies, and help define how TriFetch scales from early pilots to enterprise adoption.
ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns across healthcare and enterprise sectors.
Build CRM and lead-tracking workflows to streamline customer acquisition and partner engagement.
Develop GTM playbooks test messaging, pricing, and distribution strategies.
Collaborate with product and engineering to translate clinical and operational feedback into product priorities.
Prepare business materials , pitch decks, one-pagers, proposals, and grant applications.
Support fundraising, partnerships, and commercialization efforts with healthcare institutions.
BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent discipline; MBA or equivalent preferred.
Experience in operations, GTM, or growth roles (preferably in healthcare, tech, or B2B SaaS).
Strong analytical and communication skills — comfortable with both data and storytelling.
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Notion, Airtable) and outreach automation.
Comfort working in fast-paced, zero-to-one environments.
Passion for improving healthcare delivery through technology.
Experience with enterprise sales, grants, or pilot partnerships in regulated industries.
Prior early-stage or founding startup experience.
