Lead corporate reporting activities including month‑end close, reconciliations, journal entries, variance analysis, and financial statement preparation. Support transactions such as joint ventures and securitizations, improve reporting via automation and data analytics, coach junior staff, and contribute to process improvements and ad hoc projects within a collaborative US–Canada accounting environment.

Manages U.S. tax operations for single-family rental portfolios, including federal, state, and local tax filings for REITs, corporations, and partnerships. Oversees REIT compliance, tax estimates, distributions, notices, depreciation records, 1031 exchanges, partnership basis adjustments, tax research, planning, and ASC 740 tax provisions. Coordinates third-party providers and collaborates with Accounting, Treasury, Legal, and Finance while supporting investors and maintaining tax calendars.

Lead and evolve Tricon's enterprise employee experience and culture programs. Design integrated communications, recognition, listening, and well-being initiatives; use qualitative and quantitative insights to measure impact and improve engagement; partner across functions to deliver cohesive experiences for corporate and field employees.

Lead and manage a team of Business Analysts to build operational and financial models, aggregate and validate multi-source data, develop KPIs and reporting, identify trends and opportunities, and present recommendations to leadership. Drive process improvements, support centralized and regional decision-makers, implement technologies (Power BI, proprietary systems), and prepare financial statements and forecasts to support strategic initiatives.

Manage and maintain the Toronto corporate office environment, overseeing facility operations, vendors, maintenance, security access, space planning, office moves, event hospitality, budgets, and health & safety compliance to ensure a safe, functional, and professional workplace.

Design, deliver, and maintain training for operations teams: develop facilitator guides, eLearning, job aids, and scenario-based exercises; facilitate in-person and virtual sessions; manage multiple training projects; translate SOPs and system workflows into practical learning; drive adoption and change through stakeholder influence and continuous improvement.

Support underwriting, portfolio analytics, and strategic forecasting for U.S. single-family rental investments. Build and stress-test financial models, perform acquisition and fund-level analysis, prepare investor materials, assist due diligence, reconcile data, and deliver insights to senior leadership under tight timelines.
