Creates, shoots, edits, and publishes photo and video content for Tricon’s social, digital, and brand channels. Captures resident experiences, events, partnerships, interviews, and community stories; manages content calendars, captions, scheduling, asset libraries, and production logistics. Collaborates with internal teams and monitors social trends and performance to improve content. This is an in-person Toronto role requiring regular GTA property visits and occasional evening or weekend work.

Provides high-level administrative support to senior executives by managing complex calendars, communications, travel, expenses, meetings, executive materials, records, and follow-up. Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, handles sensitive information, conducts research, supports special projects, and improves executive-office processes. The role requires strong judgment, discretion, organization, communication skills, and advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency in a hybrid Toronto office environment.

Supports digital content, website updates, digital asset management, photography and video production, integrated marketing campaigns, and marketing program execution. Coordinates agencies, vendors, creative partners, timelines, approvals, and deliverables while contributing to campaign reporting and post-program analysis. Uses Claude and other AI tools to improve research, content development, quality assurance, workflow automation, and marketing productivity.

Owns end-to-end data platform architecture, including warehouse design, medallion layers, ingestion, transformations, orchestration, semantic modeling, security, governance, and platform health. Establishes enterprise data standards, manages performance, cost, reliability, environments, and access controls, while serving as the technical authority for engineering teams. Partners with governance, BI, analytics, and program management teams; reviews architecture, maintains documentation, and leads the infrastructure roadmap.

Manages U.S. tax operations for single-family rental portfolios, including federal, state, and local tax filings for REITs, corporations, and partnerships. Oversees REIT compliance, tax estimates, distributions, notices, depreciation records, 1031 exchanges, partnership basis adjustments, tax research, planning, and ASC 740 tax provisions. Coordinates third-party providers and collaborates with Accounting, Treasury, Legal, and Finance while supporting investors and maintaining tax calendars.

Lead and evolve Tricon's enterprise employee experience and culture programs. Design integrated communications, recognition, listening, and well-being initiatives; use qualitative and quantitative insights to measure impact and improve engagement; partner across functions to deliver cohesive experiences for corporate and field employees.

Manage and maintain the Toronto corporate office environment, overseeing facility operations, vendors, maintenance, security access, space planning, office moves, event hospitality, budgets, and health & safety compliance to ensure a safe, functional, and professional workplace.
