Assist the BIM/VDC Design Manager in design and layout of new construction projects. Collaborate with estimators, construction services, and project managers to create and maintain 3D models, adopt new BIM/VDC techniques, learn and use Revit, AutoCAD, and other 3D modeling tools, and help meet project deadlines.

Develop project plans, manage field execution, monitor financials, mitigate risks, coordinate procurement and stakeholders, ensure quality and safety, and mentor project staff to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.

Support construction project delivery by coordinating documentation, tracking schedules and subcontractor progress, reviewing shop drawings, identifying constructability issues, and preparing project closeout materials while ensuring quality, compliance, budget, and timeline adherence.

Provide on-site administrative and technical support for construction projects: track schedules, procurement, subcontractor scope, equipment logistics, QA/QC, commissioning, closeout, punch lists, shop drawing reviews, and assist the Project Manager to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Process and review weekly office and union payrolls across jurisdictions, maintain and audit payroll data, calculate and reconcile taxes and benefits, resolve payroll discrepancies, support compliance audits, respond to payroll inquiries, and collaborate with HR and benefits teams to improve processes and implement system changes.

Lead execution of electrical scope on large construction projects from planning through closeout. Manage schedule, budget, safety, quality, subcontractors, procurement, change orders, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communications. Coordinate with field teams, project controls, BIM, and procurement; run meetings, reporting, and team development to ensure code compliance and project performance.

Provide on-site administrative and technical coordination for a hyperscale construction project: manage equipment procurement and tracking, vendor submittals, shop drawing reviews, subcontractor progress, logistics for delivery and installation, QA/QC and commissioning support, testing documentation, punch list tracking, owner training, and project closeout while attending jobsite meetings.

Provide consulting, design-data gathering, customer meetings, installation, start-up, maintenance support, and assist in sales/marketing for industrial control and automation systems integrating PLCs, SCADA/HMI, sensors, and instrumentation.

Manage on-site administrative and technical aspects of industrial electrical construction projects: supervise crews, schedule, control budget and quality, handle subcontractors, change orders, purchasing, inspections, safety and customer relations. Participate in estimating, selection of vendors, and support project completion and documentation. Travel as needed.

Plan, implement, and supervise project safety programs. Conduct inspections, air sampling, incident investigations, PPE/OSHA compliance checks, safety training/tool talks, and maintain safety documentation and corrective actions.

Provide on-site administrative and technical support for construction projects: track schedules, procurement, subcontractor scope, equipment logistics, QA/QC, commissioning, documentation, shop drawing review, punch lists, and assist the Project Manager to ensure projects finish on time, on budget, and meet quality requirements.

Provide administrative support for compliance and employee-related claims: intake, tracking, documentation, FMLA administration, recordkeeping, investigations support, coordination with HR, risk, insurers, unions, and brokers; assist with audits, certified payrolls, safety pre-qualifications, reporting, and claims billing.

Produce fire protection design documents, perform and oversee design work, determine design criteria, design and hydraulically calculate sprinkler and standpipe systems, produce stock listings, coordinate 3D BIM, and maintain NFPA-standard knowledge while understanding installation materials and procedures.

Lead project cost control, scheduling, forecasting, earned value tracking, and performance reporting for construction projects. Maintain budgets, manage billing and change orders, produce dashboards/KPIs, identify risks and mitigation, ensure contract compliance, and support cash flow and project financial health while collaborating with project teams and leadership.

Fabricate electrical components and structures in a prefabrication shop: measure, cut, assemble, and weld materials per drawings; operate shop tools; meet production schedules; handle materials and assist staging; follow safety and quality standards; collaborate with shop personnel.

Manage on-site administration and technical delivery of construction projects: supervise scheduling, engineering, materials, craft employees and subcontractors; interpret drawings; estimate extra work and change orders; ensure productivity, budget, schedule, and customer relations; support sales efforts and perform additional management-assigned duties.
