Oversee day-to-day safety at an on-site fabrication facility. Conduct floor walks, hazard assessments, inspections, JSAs, training, incident investigations, OSHA recordkeeping, and corrective-action tracking. Coach employees and supervisors on safe work practices involving machinery, forklifts, cranes, material handling, welding, and hot work. Lead safety meetings and support a strong, consistent shop-floor safety culture while maintaining compliance documentation.

Leads the selection, configuration, implementation, and ongoing management of safety technology across operating companies. Administers Procore safety workflows, manages Proxxi wearable devices, evaluates AI and emerging safety tools, monitors usage and data quality, develops training and rollout plans, tracks effectiveness and ROI, and manages technology vendors. Partners with safety, IT, operations, and field leadership to improve adoption and translate safety technology data into actionable recommendations.

The Staff Accountant performs journal entries, account reconciliations, month-end and year-end close activities, construction job cost accounting, WIP schedules, and ASC 606 revenue recognition support. The role partners with project managers, prepares financial reports, supports audits, maintains SOX-compliant documentation, and identifies process improvements. It requires accounting knowledge, ERP and Excel proficiency, strong attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
