Design and build new workflows and features for a web platform used by utilities; own end-to-end feature delivery; scale tooling and CI/CD; collaborate with hardware, ML, and customer teams to deliver reliable, secure, customer-focused UI/UX for work planning, construction, and disaster response.

Build and own backend services and infrastructure for a geospatial web platform: design REST APIs, model PostgreSQL/PostGIS data, manage deployments on Docker/Kubernetes (AWS EKS), maintain CI/CD and IaC, and collaborate with ML and frontend teams while engaging with customers.

Own end-to-end product design for Treeswift's web platform and hardware interfaces. Translate user research and field workflows into prototypes and polished interfaces, build and maintain a scalable design system, and partner closely with product, engineering, and customer teams to ship and iterate on data-dense, geospatial workflows.

Embed with utility customers to deploy and integrate Treeswift sensors and software, configure platforms, train users, build data integrations and APIs, extend the web platform and Python models, and perform analyses to validate and operationalize LiDAR and imagery data.

First full-time SRE/infrastructure engineer responsible for scaling and hardening a platform that runs Airflow DAGs on Astronomer across AWS and Kubernetes. Build observability, monitoring, alerting, SLOs, CI/CD guardrails, and operational tooling for ML inference and data pipelines. Partner with data and engineering teams, create runbooks, reduce toil, and improve operational readiness for customer-facing high-volume processing.

Design, build, and maintain large-scale data pipelines and DAGs (Airflow) that process imagery, LiDAR, and other sensor data. Improve platform reliability, observability, resource tuning, and Kubernetes deployments. Collaborate with ML, hardware, and full-stack teams; own pipeline design, implementation, testing, and operations in a hybrid NYC role.

Lead development of perception, mapping, sensor fusion, and calibration systems. Improve SLAM for GPS-degraded environments, automate LiDAR and imagery alignment across sessions, eliminate field extrinsic measurements, and improve data quality and scalability for large-scale mapping and analytics delivery.

Provide end-to-end executive support to the Co-Founder & CEO: manage calendar and travel, coordinate meetings and agendas, track action items, handle expense reports, manage confidential information, and support ad hoc projects to keep the CEO and office operations running smoothly in a fast-moving startup.

Lead deployments and expansion at key utility customers: train users, define project requirements, track deliveries, present findings to executives, and identify growth opportunities. Act as customer-facing product partner to scope features with engineering and product teams, translating customer needs into product improvements and new use cases.
