Serve as Controller and FP&A for Paraguay entities overseeing P&L reliability, annual budget, 5-year planning, monthly/quarterly forecasting, capex reporting, and monthly close. Produce KPI and variance analysis, maintain financial models, upload data into Oracle FCCS, partner with SSC Accounting, operations and commercial teams, support audits, and provide financial decision-making support to local management.

Perform cost control and financial analysis for a Rotterdam terminal: ensure transaction accuracy in the ERP, monitor purchase commitments, prepare monthly cost reports, support capex project controlling, assist annual audit and participate in the ERP upgrade to Dynamics 365 while liaising with procurement, operations and shared service centre.

Coordinate and supervise barge and towboat movements across Paraguay, Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil and Bolivia. Manage vessel availability, loading/unloading, safety compliance, cost control, stakeholder communication, incident investigations, and performance monitoring. Requires both office coordination and field visits; occasional weekend on-call duty.

Own and prioritize the ULTIMO EAM backlog for Terminals and Fluvial divisions. Translate business needs into user stories, lead agile delivery, coordinate testing and releases, monitor SLAs, ensure compliance, drive process automation and data/reporting improvements, and support user adoption through training and stakeholder engagement.

Support FP&A Controller delivering planning, reporting, and analysis for the fluvial liquid business. Own monthly performance reporting, KPI/margin/fixed cost/working capital and capex reporting, maintain financial models, upload stats into Oracle FCCS, prepare reporting packs and forecasts, assist 5-year planning, support local teams on cost control, invoicing, audits, and maintain agreements database.

Support and help deliver the commercial compliance programme across multiple geographies. Provide guidance on ABAC, AML, sanctions and anti-trust; assist with risk reviews, policy drafting, training, enhanced third-party due diligence, monitoring (expenses, gifts), vessel screening, whistleblowing framework, investigations, and remediation tracking.

Coordinate IMAS elements, incident investigation, risk assessments, training, internal audits, emergency response, hazardous materials management, regulatory compliance (ISPS), and workers' compensation. Support operations, authorize HSE work orders, oversee environmental monitoring, and serve as Port Facility Security Officer and emergency response team member.

Own and implement tax-related finance projects, translate tax requirements for IT, improve and control tax reporting processes, ensure correct tax rule application in ERP, automate compliance/reporting, manage Tax Operations, and coordinate across Finance, IT, shared services and external advisors.
