Lead accounting and financial reporting functions, maintain policies and internal controls, manage month- and year-end closes, coordinate audits, provide financial analysis and recommendations, supervise accounting operations and drive process improvements in an international IFRS/GAAP context.

Lead statutory reporting, compliance, internal controls, and global financial close across multiple countries. Provide financial governance, partner with Tax/Treasury/Legal, coordinate audits, support Shared Service Center, and drive accounting policy, IFRS/GAAP alignment, and finance-related projects and restructurings.

Partner with Central and local FP&A to drive group financial planning, monthly reporting, forecasting, capex and cost control. Prepare business review packs, KPI and working capital analysis, support month-end close, shareholder submissions, 5-year planning, and system/process improvements.

Own and prioritize the Terminal Operating System (TOS) product backlog, translate business needs into user stories, and deliver features through Agile methods. Coordinate stakeholders, manage releases, ensure SLA KPIs and compliance, support testing, training, user adoption, and continuous process improvement.

Manage month-end close and Cash & Debt accounting for JV entities, prepare GL entries, reconciliations, controls and financial statement information under IFRS. Coordinate with finance teams (AP/AR, Treasury, FP&A), run monthly processes, support audits, analyze BS/P&L variances, and propose process/control improvements.

Create and publish e-learning modules, videos, and multimedia assets; build learning paths in the LMS; collaborate with SMEs and HRBPs; support LMS administration and reporting; maintain content quality, accessibility, and engagement.

Lead the D365 F&O product backlog and roadmap, translate business needs into user stories and functional requirements, coordinate stakeholders and vendors, support Agile delivery and testing, drive process automation, data quality, documentation, and user adoption through training and continuous improvement.

Lead global HSE systems, governance and assurance to ensure accurate, secure and auditable HSE data. Manage digital HSE platforms, deliver a risk-based assurance programme, drive analytics and dashboards, support system implementations and integrations, and partner with regional leaders to improve adoption, reporting quality and continuous improvement across multi-site global operations.

Own and implement tax-related finance projects, translate tax requirements for IT, improve and control tax reporting processes, ensure correct tax rule application in ERP, automate compliance/reporting, manage Tax Operations, and coordinate across Finance, IT, shared services and external advisors.

Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and Data & Analytics to gather and validate BI requirements, define KPIs, manage BI backlog, and design Power BI reports and semantic models. Support testing, UAT, rollout, adoption, and data governance while contributing to the BI roadmap and delivery in a transition to Microsoft Fabric.
