Coordinates end-to-end procurement activities, including requisitions, purchase orders, tendering, sourcing, supplier qualification, contract negotiation, replenishment, and supplier performance management. Tracks procurement KPIs, leads savings initiatives, supports procure-to-pay processes, manages vendor relationships, and collaborates with finance, legal, operations, maintenance, and compliance teams to ensure policy adherence and timely supply.

Manage month-end close and Cash & Debt accounting for JV entities, prepare GL entries, reconciliations, controls and financial statement information under IFRS. Coordinate with finance teams (AP/AR, Treasury, FP&A), run monthly processes, support audits, analyze BS/P&L variances, and propose process/control improvements.

Supports the commercial compliance program across multiple geographies and business lines. Provides guidance on anti-bribery and corruption, AML, sanctions, antitrust, and conflicts of interest; conducts third-party due diligence and vessel screening; coordinates risk reviews and training; monitors compliance controls; supports whistleblowing processes and investigations; and drafts policies, reports, and remediation plans.
