Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and Data & Analytics to gather and validate BI requirements, define KPIs, manage BI backlog, and design Power BI reports and semantic models. Support testing, UAT, rollout, adoption, and data governance while contributing to the BI roadmap and delivery in a transition to Microsoft Fabric.

Supports finance transformation and ERP deployment by reviewing, designing, documenting, and standardizing finance processes. Acts as a bridge among Finance, IT, and Operations; integrates finance systems, implements controls, defines KPIs, maintains master data and documentation, analyzes data, and recommends improvements. The role also manages process-change projects, deploys new tools, and coordinates stakeholders across accounting, shared services, IT, and operations.

Manage month-end close and Cash & Debt accounting for JV entities, prepare GL entries, reconciliations, controls and financial statement information under IFRS. Coordinate with finance teams (AP/AR, Treasury, FP&A), run monthly processes, support audits, analyze BS/P&L variances, and propose process/control improvements.
