Serve as the primary on-site Traba representative at a client facility, managing worker onboarding, scheduling, performance support, and day-to-day operations. The role requires deep technical judgment, customer-embedded product development, rapid iteration, and experience launching customer-facing AI products.

Own the staffing marketplace product across enterprise customers and workers. Develop strategy, improve liquidity, fulfillment, matching quality, and operational efficiency, and translate complex workflows into scalable systems and internal tools. Partner with engineering, design, data, operations, sales, and field teams to launch products across regions and facilities. Use customer research, data analysis, and technical fluency to drive measurable business outcomes.

Build Traba’s 0-to-1 AI agent platform for industrial supply chain workflows. Responsibilities include defining product strategy, designing autonomous agents, writing requirements, partnering with engineering and ML teams, validating concepts with customers, creating evaluation and quality frameworks, analyzing data, and communicating complex AI system behavior and business impact.

Lead the strategy and development of Traba’s AI agent platform. Build production agents that reason through workflows, orchestrate tools, maintain context, and execute work autonomously. Partner with founders, engineering, ML, design, and customers to define requirements, prototype solutions, establish evaluation and quality frameworks, and launch 0-to-1 AI products. Own and evolve Traba’s staffing marketplace product across enterprise customers and workers. Lead strategy for marketplace liquidity, fulfillment, matching quality, operational efficiency, and internal tooling. Partner with engineering, design, data, operations, sales, and field teams to define requirements, ship scalable products, solve complex marketplace problems, and launch solutions across regions and industrial environments.

Own and evolve Traba’s staffing marketplace product across enterprise customers and workers. Responsibilities include setting product strategy, solving marketplace liquidity and fulfillment challenges, writing requirements, partnering with engineering and design, using data to identify opportunities, building operational tooling, and launching scalable solutions across regions. The role requires strong two-sided marketplace, enterprise B2B, operational systems, technical, and startup product experience.

Serves as Traba’s on-site liaison between workers and client leadership in a warehouse or manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include onboarding and scheduling workers, coordinating interviews, supporting attendance and pay questions, managing performance and incidents, distributing PPE, resolving issues, communicating staffing updates, and maintaining adequate shift coverage. The role also manages client and worker relationships and identifies account growth opportunities.

Own growth of Traba’s Neo AI product by developing go-to-market strategy, prospecting and closing large logistics and manufacturing partnerships, and expanding existing customer relationships. Analyze market and customer data, build tools and reporting, provide geo-insights, and identify revenue opportunities. Serve as a light industrial supply chain subject matter expert while supporting AI deployments, WMS integrations, and operational improvements across customer environments.

Build and scale Traba’s AI-powered staffing marketplace platform. Lead architecture for backend services, real-time matching, autonomous vetting pipelines, agent integrations, data systems, and infrastructure. Drive performance, reliability, scalability, and production adoption of AI and LLM systems while partnering with the CTO on long-term technical direction. The role requires strong full-stack, distributed systems, API, data modeling, and query optimization expertise in an early-stage environment.

Build Traba’s AI-powered staffing marketplace across frontend, backend, and infrastructure. Integrate existing agents and frontier models into workflows such as worker vetting, matching, and fulfillment. Design scalable APIs, distributed systems, real-time matching, autonomous pipelines, and product surfaces. Partner with product, design, and the CTO on architecture and roadmap while mentoring engineers and delivering reliable full-stack applications.

Build and deploy production AI agent systems for industrial supply chain workflows. Responsibilities include designing agent harnesses, tool use, sub-agents, retrieval, structured outputs, MCP servers, orchestration, evaluation frameworks, and integrations with WMS, TMS, and ERP systems. The role involves customer discovery, backend services, APIs, data models, deployment patterns, and collaboration with product and operations teams to scale agent-based solutions.

Partner with the Head of Finance, CEO, and department leaders on strategic planning, fundraising, resource allocation, and growth initiatives. Build financial models and analyses supporting expansion, pricing, packaging, and capital efficiency decisions. Maintain financial data accuracy and discipline while tracking and optimizing revenue retention, profitability margins, and unit economics across the organization.

Lead measurement and modeling for an agent platform: define agent quality metrics, build evaluation and experimentation infrastructure, develop statistical and ML models to diagnose failure modes and improve unit economics, and partner with engineering, product, and operations. Oversee data warehouse and analytics infrastructure, provide self-service tools and AI-assisted analytics for Operations, and mentor scientists and analysts to set standards for rigorous experimentation and measurement.

Serve as the primary on-site contact between Traba workers, client supervisors, and internal operations teams. Manage worker onboarding, scheduling, interviews, vetting, drug testing, attendance, performance, incident escalation, shift coverage, PPE distribution, and worker support. Maintain strong client and worker relationships, communicate operational updates, resolve issues, and identify account growth opportunities in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment.

Lead and scale Traba’s operational systems, drive serviceability and marketplace/account performance, solve high-impact operational problems, build processes/tooling, partner cross-functionally, and present data-driven insights to executives and the board.

Lead design and implementation of Traba's agent platform: orchestration runtime, eval and observability stacks, integrations to customer systems (WMS/TMS/ERP), model strategy, retrieval/memory, and production agent deployments. Spend time with customers, build evaluation pipelines and regression suites, hire and mentor engineers, and set multi-year roadmap with CTO and product teams.

As a Customer On-Site, you will manage relationships between Traba's workforce and clients, oversee onboarding, handle worker support, and ensure operational effectiveness within a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
