Lead architecture and build core backend services and platform components, including real-time job matching, autonomous worker vetting pipelines, CI/CD orchestration, monitoring and performance optimization. Partner with CTO on product and infrastructure decisions, ship scalable APIs and distributed systems, and contribute across a small founding engineering team.

Embed with customers to design and ship production AI agents on frontier LLMs. Build agent orchestration, tool integrations, retrieval, and APIs; create evaluation datasets, rubrics, and graders; integrate with WMS/TMS/ERP systems; codify repeatable deployment patterns; and contribute to product direction, hiring, and engineering culture as a founding team member.

Lead full-stack product engineering across web and mobile, architect scalable distributed systems and APIs, implement real-time job matching and ML-powered vetting pipelines, mentor engineers, collaborate with product/design, and build monitoring and best practices for performance and reliability.

Lead and scale Traba’s operational systems, drive serviceability and marketplace/account performance, solve high-impact operational problems, build processes/tooling, partner cross-functionally, and present data-driven insights to executives and the board.
