The Operations Specialist will source, attract, and place talent for light industrial roles, manage client coordination, and perform high-volume calling and repetitive tasks.

Lead end-to-end technical recruiting for senior engineering, product, design, and data roles. Develop advanced sourcing strategies, collaborate with leadership, optimize hiring processes, and ensure an excellent candidate experience while promoting Traba's employer brand.

Build Traba's product by applying LLMs and AI agents across frontend and backend to automate vetting, matching, and fulfillment. Architect real-time matching, autonomous vetting pipelines, distributed systems, and APIs. Lead full-stack development, mentor engineers, and own product surfaces end-to-end with product and design.

Build and ship product features that integrate frontier LLMs and AI agents across React Native mobile, React/TypeScript web apps, and Node.js/Postgres APIs. Implement automation for vetting, matching, and fulfillment, partner with design, and architect core systems for real-time matching and autonomous pipelines. Work hands-on across stack in an early-stage environment.

Own and evolve the staffing/product marketplace for contingent labor. Define strategy, write product requirements, partner with engineering and ops, use data to improve matching, liquidity, fulfillment and internal tooling, and launch scalable solutions across customers and regions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Lead design and implementation of Traba's production AI agent platform: orchestration runtime, model strategy, retrieval/memory, evals, observability, and customer-facing deployments. Spend time onsite translating operations into repeatable agent patterns, hire and mentor engineers, and set technical standards for reliability and quality.

Lead the staffing/product strategy for Traba's two-sided marketplace, designing systems for matching, liquidity, fulfillment, and operational tooling. Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and operations to write requirements, ship products, use data to drive decisions, and scale solutions across customers and regions.

Lead product strategy and execution for an AI agent platform that reasons, orchestrates tools, and performs work autonomously. Embed with customers to define workflows, prototype and validate agent systems, write product requirements, partner with ML and engineering to improve reliability, define evaluation frameworks, and communicate system behavior and business impact across stakeholders.

Build and own production AI agents and their infrastructure: harnesses, evals, orchestration, and model strategy. Embed with customers to design agentic workflows, integrate with WMS/TMS/ERP, ship scalable deployments, and codify repeatable rollout patterns. Partner with product and engineering to turn field learnings into reliable, measurable improvements.

Build and scale Traba's applied-AI platform by integrating frontier models and agents into production services. Architect backend systems for real-time matching, autonomous vetting pipelines, and platform reliability, partnering with leadership on long-term architecture and execution.

Lead product strategy and execution for a 0-to-1 AI agent platform embedded in industrial supply chain workflows. Work with founders, engineers, ML, and customers to design, prototype, evaluate, and ship autonomous agent systems that orchestrate tools, maintain context, and perform work. Define evaluation and quality frameworks, validate with design partners, and iterate rapidly in a fast-evolving model ecosystem.

As a Customer On-Site, you will manage relationships between Traba's workforce and clients, oversee onboarding, handle worker support, and ensure operational effectiveness within a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
