Teams at Traba

Serves as Traba’s on-site liaison between workers and client leadership in a warehouse or manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include onboarding and scheduling workers, coordinating interviews, supporting attendance and pay questions, managing performance and incidents, distributing PPE, resolving issues, communicating staffing updates, and maintaining adequate shift coverage. The role also manages client and worker relationships and identifies account growth opportunities.

Own growth of Traba’s Neo AI product by developing go-to-market strategy, prospecting and closing large logistics and manufacturing partnerships, and expanding existing customer relationships. Analyze market and customer data, build tools and reporting, provide geo-insights, and identify revenue opportunities. Serve as a light industrial supply chain subject matter expert while supporting AI deployments, WMS integrations, and operational improvements across customer environments.

Own and evolve Traba’s two-sided staffing marketplace product. Lead strategy across matching, fulfillment, liquidity, operational efficiency, and internal tooling while balancing enterprise customer and worker needs. Partner with engineering, design, data, operations, and field teams to define requirements, launch scalable solutions, analyze marketplace performance, and translate complex operational workflows into effective product systems.
