Build and ship core backend and platform systems that integrate AI agents and frontier models to automate staffing workflows. Own architecture, real-time matching, autonomous vetting pipelines, and backend performance, reliability, and scalability. Partner with leadership to set technical standards and iterate the roadmap across full-stack and infrastructure priorities.

Lead design and delivery of Traba's production AI agent platform: orchestration runtime, evals, observability, model strategy, retrieval/memory, and integrations with customer systems (WMS/TMS/ERP). Spend time onsite with customers, build evaluation infrastructure, hire and mentor engineers, and set platform roadmap and quality standards.

Design, build, and deploy production AI agents and the surrounding infrastructure: harnesses, orchestration, evals, and model strategy. Embed with customers to integrate agents with WMS/TMS/ERP, iterate on prompts and tools, own APIs and data models, and codify repeatable deployment patterns for scaled rollouts.
