As a Customer On-Site, you will manage relationships between Traba's workforce and clients, oversee onboarding, handle worker support, and ensure operational effectiveness within a warehouse or manufacturing setting.

Full‑stack product engineer building React Native mobile apps, React/TypeScript web apps, and Node.js/PostgreSQL APIs. Own product decisions, architect core systems (real‑time matching, ML/AI pipelines), implement CI/CD with Docker and GitHub Actions, add analytics/monitoring, and collaborate with designers and ops on a founding team.

Lead product strategy and execution for an agentic AI platform that autonomously operates in industrial supply chain workflows. Work 0-to-1 with founders, ML and engineering to design, prototype, evaluate, and ship agent systems that reason, orchestrate tools, maintain context, and deliver customer value while iterating rapidly in a changing model ecosystem.
