Provides on-site operational oversight at a warehouse or manufacturing client facility. Responsibilities include managing worker and client relationships, coordinating onboarding and schedules, supporting attendance and performance, resolving issues, communicating staffing updates, managing shifts and PPE, handling escalations, and identifying account growth opportunities. The role requires strong communication, professionalism, organization, and comfort in fast-paced environments.

Lead strategy and execution for Traba’s 0-to-1 AI agent platform. Build customer-facing agents that understand context, orchestrate tools, maintain state, make decisions, and execute supply-chain workflows. Partner with founders, engineering, ML, design, and early customers to define requirements, prototype solutions, establish evaluation and quality frameworks, and improve system reliability. The role requires deep customer engagement, technical product judgment, rapid iteration, and comfort operating in an evolving AI landscape.

Build production agents that reason, orchestrate tools, maintain context, and execute tasks autonomously. Partner with founders, engineering, ML teams, design partners, and customers to define requirements, prototype solutions, evaluate system quality, and improve reliability.
