Teams at Traba

Serve as the on-site Traba point of contact for client leadership and workers. Manage onboarding, scheduling, worker support, performance issues, communications, incident escalations, PPE distribution, and identify account growth opportunities in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing setting.

Lead product strategy and build Traba's agentic AI platform from 0-to-1. Embed with customers, design and ship autonomous agents that reason, orchestrate tools, and execute workflows. Partner with founders, engineers, and ML teams to write requirements, prototype, evaluate system behavior, and improve reliability and performance.
