Monitor live marketplace operations, troubleshoot shift issues, coordinate with territory managers, support and communicate with workers, and ensure accurate attendance and payment. Resolve user issues, maintain worker satisfaction, support worker vetting and forward-filling, improve processes and tooling, develop standard operating procedures, and master internal systems. The role requires flexible rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and weekdays.

Monitor and coordinate daily marketplace operations for live shifts in Mexico. Support workers before, during, and after shifts; resolve issues; manage attendance and clock-ins; ensure client staffing needs are met; and maintain a positive worker experience. The role also identifies process, tooling, and product improvements, supports worker vetting and forward-filling, develops standard operating procedures, and handles complex platform issues while working rotating shifts.

Monitor and troubleshoot live marketplace operations, ensuring shifts run successfully and workers receive reliable support. Coordinate with operations managers, manage worker communications, resolve platform issues, verify timekeeping, and help meet client staffing needs. Improve processes, tooling, and standard operating procedures while supporting worker vetting and app education. The role requires flexibility for rotating early morning, evening, weekday, and weekend shifts.
