Lead and manage all field and ground operations at TD Ballpark, delivering Major League-caliber playing conditions. Responsibilities include turf and clay maintenance, irrigation and drainage oversight, equipment repair and preventive maintenance, staff supervision and scheduling, game/event field preparation, inventory and shop management, compliance with MLB/PDL safety standards, and participation in long-term planning and capital projects. Perform hands-on grounds work when required.

Provide bookkeeping and financial support (accounts payable/receivable, bank deposits, reconciliations, GST/HST returns, donor receipts, QuickBooks entries, audit and US 990 assistance) while delivering executive and office administration (phone/email support, calendar and travel coordination, meeting management and minutes, event support, presentations and document preparation). Split role approximately 60% finance, 40% office/executive support.
