Leads amateur baseball scouting operations in the Dominican Republic, supervising and mentoring area scouts, coordinating player coverage, evaluating prospects in person and by video, maintaining scouting information, organizing workouts and testing, and collaborating with Player Development staff. The role requires frequent domestic travel, occasional international travel, bilingual Spanish and English communication, knowledge of Dominican amateur baseball, and a valid driver’s license with vehicle access.
