Four-month Summer Associate role supporting the Toronto Blue Jays Strategy & Analytics team. Responsibilities include analyzing data, developing forecasts and models, testing business hypotheses, synthesizing findings, creating actionable recommendations, and collaborating on strategic cross-functional projects. The role offers exposure to business operations and strategic decision-making, with potential full-time extension after graduation.

Analyzes hitting biomechanics, performance, scouting, and health data to identify player-development opportunities. Builds models, reports, visualizations, and analytical frameworks; conducts applied research; and translates movement insights into practical recommendations for coaches, players, and decision-makers. Collaborates across performance science, baseball research, scouting, and player development to support evaluations, intervention planning, progress monitoring, and development strategies.

Plans and executes Toronto Blue Jays promotions, fan experiences, and Jays Care Foundation fundraising events. Responsibilities include coordinating internal teams and vendors, managing budgets, logistics, entertainment, timelines, auctions, game-day activations, and on-site event delivery. The role oversees Jr. Jays Club operations, supports fundraising revenue exceeding $2.4 million, manages risks and stakeholders, and ensures high-quality guest experiences. Availability is required for all home games, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
