Support the Risk Manager in administering the companys insurance and claims programs (workers' comp, property, liability, auto). Manage claims administration, coordinate treatment and return-to-work, maintain COIs and fleet records, liaise with carriers/brokers/TPAs, conduct investigations, draft communications, and ensure compliance with risk policies.

Manage and maintain accurate product and pricing data in the PDI Pricebook system. Process new items, cost changes, promotions, and vendor updates; troubleshoot discrepancies; generate pricing and exception reports; support audit and shrink-reduction efforts while communicating updates to stores and vendors.

Lead multi-district store operations to drive financial performance, operational excellence, and leadership development. Coach District and Store Managers, oversee recruiting, compliance, KPI analysis, field visits, training, inventory control, safety, and regional initiatives to achieve budgeted growth and profitability.

Provide audit support for retail/car care center operations including vendor billing, store deposits, inventory and bank reconciliations. Send customer statements, process payments, support continuous improvement, and foster strong finance-business relationships while maintaining confidentiality and following company policies.

Manage vendor selection, pricing, planograms, and promotions to grow category sales and margin. Own price-book, budgeting, vendor contracts, in-market resets, and cross-functional execution across retail locations.
