Owns the company mobile app marketing strategy, driving adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue growth. Develops vendor partnerships and promotional campaigns, analyzes guest behavior and campaign performance, creates segmented communications, and provides dashboards and actionable insights to marketing leadership. Collaborates with sales, operations, marketing teams, and external vendors to strengthen loyalty, increase traffic, and generate incremental sales.

Lead multi-district store operations to drive financial performance, operational excellence, and leadership development. Coach District and Store Managers, oversee recruiting, compliance, KPI analysis, field visits, training, inventory control, safety, and regional initiatives to achieve budgeted growth and profitability.

Provide audit support for retail/car care center operations including vendor billing, store deposits, inventory and bank reconciliations. Send customer statements, process payments, support continuous improvement, and foster strong finance-business relationships while maintaining confidentiality and following company policies.
