Manage and optimize multi-channel paid media campaigns across European markets to generate leads and acquire partners (IBs, affiliates). Run Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic/DSP campaigns, build retargeting and audience segmentation, optimize for CPL/CPA/ROAS, support landing page/conversion improvements, and provide reporting and A/B testing to scale performance.

Support regulatory compliance and corporate governance across jurisdictions: prepare and maintain statutory filings and corporate records, coordinate with agents and regulators, liaise with internal teams, enhance compliance framework and controls, assist compliance projects, and occasionally visit service providers or government offices.

Lead and execute group treasury activities: manage cash and liquidity, intercompany funding, bank relationships, short-term investments, treasury policy and controls, reporting, and support strategic financing projects across multiple entities.

Lead a product team to design, prioritize, and deliver web and mobile trading/fintech features. Own onboarding, account/asset management, and growth flows; define PRDs and user stories; collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and ops; monitor post-launch metrics and iterate; align cross-regional requirements; and mentor product managers to drive adoption, retention, and product quality.

Lead regional marketing and growth across Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand). Plan and execute localized multi-country campaigns, coordinate between HQ and local teams, analyze performance and conversion funnels, run test-and-learn initiatives, and collaborate with product, design, compliance, and sales to drive user acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue.

Manage day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle including onboarding/offboarding, recordkeeping, HR systems maintenance, policy support, performance review administration, reporting, and process improvements while partnering with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and stakeholders to ensure compliance and a positive employee experience.

Develop and execute Thailand-focused SEO strategy: conduct competitor and keyword research, build content strategies and briefs, optimise on-page and technical elements, monitor rankings/traffic/conversions, coordinate with global SEO and agencies, and collaborate with developers to implement improvements.

Lead and strengthen the Group's compliance framework across multiple jurisdictions: manage licence applications and renewals, liaise with regulators, maintain policies and registers, conduct compliance reviews, oversee audits and reporting, supervise licensing team, and provide compliance guidance to business stakeholders.

Sell and support TMGM's CFD crypto products (focused on BTC and major altcoins). Build pipelines, maintain client relationships, provide market analysis and trading insights, deliver multichannel customer service, meet KPIs, and continuously learn crypto market and platform details.

Manage and grow client accounts for Forex CFD products by driving sales, generating pipelines, and meeting KPIs. Provide timely, professional customer service across channels, resolve client issues, collaborate with internal teams, and continuously learn market and platform knowledge to support business growth.

Lead community and social media efforts for the South Korea market: develop community strategies, manage platforms (social, forums, Discord, Kakao, Naver), engage clients, run events and webinars, monitor community health and sentiment, collaborate with product/marketing/sales, handle crises, and use community data to drive retention and product improvements.

Drive sales of TMGM's Forex CFD products by identifying and generating client pipelines, making high-volume outbound calls, and building long-term client relationships. Deliver exceptional multi-channel customer service, resolve client inquiries, and meet KPIs and sales targets. Continuously expand market and product knowledge; work toward team and individual metrics. English and Mandarin proficiency highly preferred.

Support sales team by collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets; produce routine and ad-hoc reports and dashboards; develop forecasts and sales initiatives; manage sales case handling and cross-departmental projects; communicate insights and resolve operational issues.

Internship supporting financial product sales. Engage with stakeholders, communicate in Mandarin and English, learn about Forex/Stocks/CFD products, demonstrate ambition, time management, and self-discipline. Prior trading experience is advantageous but not required.

Lead acquisition, management, and optimization of FX partner relationships to drive trading volume, client acquisition, and revenue. Negotiate contracts, enable partners with training and resources, analyze performance, monitor market and regulatory changes, and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure compliant, high-impact partnership programs.

Provide legal support across the company, manage and review contracts, advise on corporate and financial regulations, assist with licensing and regulatory filings, liaise with regulators and external counsel, and support cross-functional teams to ensure compliance.
