Lead a product team to design, prioritize, and deliver web and mobile trading/fintech features. Own onboarding, account/asset management, and growth flows; define PRDs and user stories; collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and ops; monitor post-launch metrics and iterate; align cross-regional requirements; and mentor product managers to drive adoption, retention, and product quality.

Support daily sales operations by executing routine processes, maintaining records and trackers, assisting with access setup, coordinating with teams, preparing and checking data, and providing administrative support for small projects and ad hoc tasks.

Manage end-to-end execution and QA of promotional campaigns (bonuses, competitions, referrals). Configure CRM/promotion engines, ensure regulatory compliance, liaise with Marketing/Compliance/Tech, run QA reviews, produce QA reports, identify process gaps, and drive improvements to promotions workflows and automation.

Lead design and scaling of real-time data infrastructure. Build fault-tolerant ETL/ELT pipelines, implement Kafka/RabbitMQ streaming, optimize ClickHouse schemas and queries, deploy secure cloud data services, mentor engineers, and implement monitoring and automated recovery for financial analytics.

Provide legal support across the company, manage and review contracts, advise on corporate and financial regulations, assist with licensing and regulatory filings, liaise with regulators and external counsel, and support cross-functional teams to ensure compliance.

Internship supporting financial product sales. Engage with stakeholders, communicate in Mandarin and English, learn about Forex/Stocks/CFD products, demonstrate ambition, time management, and self-discipline. Prior trading experience is advantageous but not required.

Drive sales and client growth for TMGM by promoting CFD/Forex products, building pipelines through high-volume outbound outreach, delivering multi-channel customer service, resolving client issues, and meeting KPIs while leveraging English and Vietnamese language skills.

Provide end-user technical support; install/configure hardware, software and network systems; troubleshoot issues remotely and onsite; maintain backups, patches and security; document procedures; and collaborate with IT team on solutions.

Support financial product sales by learning broking/clearing services, engaging stakeholders in Chinese and English, assisting with client interactions, and gaining hands-on experience in Forex, CFDs, equities, and bonds markets.

Support sales team by collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets; produce routine and ad-hoc reports and dashboards; develop forecasts and sales initiatives; manage sales case handling and cross-departmental projects; communicate insights and resolve operational issues.

Manage and grow client accounts for Forex CFD products by driving sales, generating pipelines, and meeting KPIs. Provide timely, professional customer service across channels, resolve client issues, collaborate with internal teams, and continuously learn market and platform knowledge to support business growth.

Support end-to-end fortnightly Australian payroll processing, manage earnings and variable pay, ensure PAYG and superannuation compliance, resolve payroll queries, assist outsourced international payroll oversight, prepare reports, support audits and year-end activities, and perform routine payroll administration under Payroll Lead supervision.

Support execution of sponsorship and partnership initiatives across sports, education, and events. Coordinate communications and deliverables with partners, agencies, and internal teams. Ensure sponsorship obligations are met, monitor activation performance, produce ROI and engagement reports, and collaborate with marketing, events, content, and design to create assets.

Support regulatory compliance and corporate governance across jurisdictions: prepare and maintain statutory filings and corporate records, coordinate with agents and regulators, liaise with internal teams, enhance compliance framework and controls, assist compliance projects, and occasionally visit service providers or government offices.
