Support the Chief Transformation Officer by defining AI and transformation use cases, researching tools/vendors, administering strategic planning platforms, tracking initiatives, preparing executive materials, coordinating stakeholders, conducting discovery, and supporting business cases and change enablement to drive measurable enterprise value.

Configure, implement, and support MES solutions across tire and wheel manufacturing sites. Develop applications (Visual Studio, Android), integrate machine and PLC data, deploy MES on web and mobile platforms, build reporting tools, maintain IGear and proprietary MES systems, troubleshoot issues, document designs and processes, and collaborate with IT, engineering, and plant teams to improve production performance.

Lead manufacturing cost accounting: analyze standard costs, variances, and inventory; perform month-end close, reporting, budgeting, forecasting; support audits, BOM and overhead reviews; identify cost savings and partner with operations and finance on profitability and process improvements.

Manage and grow mining and heavy-equipment accounts across Canada, with ~50% of time supporting Fort McMurray customers. Provide aftermarket sales, technical product support, field inspections, territory intelligence, and coordination with dealers and internal teams to deliver parts, maintenance planning, trials, and customer solutions.

Operate and set up manufacturing equipment, follow standard work, perform visual and dimensional inspections, move materials, enter data into MRP, perform basic machine maintenance, operate forklifts/PIVs, and maintain safety and quality standards.

Lead benefits strategy, financial management, vendor oversight, and operations for health and welfare plans. Drive plan design, compliance, employee communications, governance, and cross-functional execution while building a scalable benefits team and processes.

Analyze market, cost, and competitor data to support pricing strategies; model pricing scenarios; maintain pricing systems and data integrity in E1; manage RFQs, customer pricing setups, and recurring sales/pricing reports; support product marketing with segmentation and market share analysis.

Develop and standardize company-wide quality systems and documentation; lead improvement initiatives using APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA/Gage R&R, DOE, and 8D; monitor quality metrics, drive corrective/preventive actions, support supplier and customer issue resolution, conduct audits, and provide quality training across manufacturing locations.
