Serve as site financial leader for the Clinton, TN plant: own profitability forecasts, monitor performance and KPIs, drive cost-reduction and productivity initiatives, maintain fixed asset accounting and cycle counts, ensure SOX compliance, and coordinate internal/external audits while partnering with operations leadership to align financial performance with plant operations.

Enter, validate, and maintain customer, product, pricing, and order data in ERP/business systems. Process orders, resolve discrepancies, support audits, reporting, and cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and efficient operations.

Lead strategy and execution for specialty tires and wheels product portfolio. Manage full product lifecycle, define specifications, optimize SKU assortment, partner with engineering, sourcing, supply chain, sales, and marketing to drive product performance, profitability, and go-to-market execution.

Lead benefits strategy, financial stewardship, vendor management, and day-to-day operations for health and welfare programs. Drive plan design, cost-mitigation, compliance, governance, employee communications, open enrollment, and cross-functional execution. Manage brokers, carriers, HRIS/payroll integrations, and a benefits team to improve plan performance, employee experience, and sustainable benefits delivery.

Manage and grow national account relationships to increase revenue and market share. Coordinate cross-functional teams, analyze sales data, identify expansion opportunities, lead contract negotiations, provide forecasts and reports to senior management, resolve escalations, and travel approximately 50%.

Operate manufacturing equipment to produce parts to specification, perform machine setup, basic maintenance, and material handling. Perform visual and dimensional inspections, enter data into MRP, maintain safety and cleanliness, and operate powered industrial vehicles to support production targets.

Operate and set up manufacturing equipment, follow standard work, perform visual and dimensional inspections, move materials, enter data into MRP, maintain cleanliness and safety, perform minor machine maintenance, and follow safety and quality procedures to meet production goals.

Configure, implement, and support MES solutions across tire and wheel manufacturing sites. Develop applications (Visual Studio, Android), integrate machine and PLC data, deploy MES on web and mobile platforms, build reporting tools, maintain IGear and proprietary MES systems, troubleshoot issues, document designs and processes, and collaborate with IT, engineering, and plant teams to improve production performance.

Lead manufacturing cost accounting: analyze standard costs, variances, and inventory; perform month-end close, reporting, budgeting, forecasting; support audits, BOM and overhead reviews; identify cost savings and partner with operations and finance on profitability and process improvements.
