Analyzes and reports manufacturing costs, inventory valuations, standard costs, and variances. Performs month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, budgeting, forecasting, audits, and financial reporting. Reviews bills of materials, labor routings, and overhead rates while identifying cost-saving opportunities and process improvements. Partners with operations, supply chain, engineering, and finance teams to improve cost visibility, financial controls, profitability, and operational efficiency.

Maintains the general ledger, prepares journal entries and account reconciliations, supports month-end close, files U.S. and Canadian sales and use tax returns, and assists with internal and external audits. The role uses ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools to analyze financial data, ensure U.S. GAAP compliance, resolve accounting issues, and support accurate financial reporting.

Manage and grow relationships with national account clients, driving revenue and market share. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, negotiating contracts and pricing, resolving customer issues, analyzing sales trends, preparing performance reports, coordinating internal teams, forecasting sales, and meeting objectives. Requires approximately 50% travel and experience in sales, business development, strategic account management, or OTR/construction products.

Manage sales and business development across Eastern Canada, driving profitable growth, market share, customer retention, and territory performance. Responsibilities include developing territory plans, managing distributor, dealer, retailer, and OEM accounts, forecasting sales, identifying opportunities, providing product solutions, monitoring competitors, maintaining CRM data, and collaborating on product launches and customer events. The role is fully remote in Quebec and requires bilingual English/French communication and travel throughout the territory.

Develop and standardize company-wide quality systems and documentation; lead improvement initiatives using APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA/Gage R&R, DOE, and 8D; monitor quality metrics, drive corrective/preventive actions, support supplier and customer issue resolution, conduct audits, and provide quality training across manufacturing locations.
