Operate and set up manufacturing equipment, follow standard work, perform visual and dimensional inspections, move materials, enter data into MRP, perform basic machine maintenance, operate forklifts/PIVs, and maintain safety and quality standards.

Serve as site financial leader for the Clinton, TN plant: own profitability forecasts, monitor performance and KPIs, drive cost-reduction and productivity initiatives, maintain fixed asset accounting and cycle counts, ensure SOX compliance, and coordinate internal/external audits while partnering with operations leadership to align financial performance with plant operations.

Enter, validate, and maintain customer, product, pricing, and order data in ERP/business systems. Process orders, resolve discrepancies, support audits, reporting, and cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and efficient operations.

Develop applications (Visual Studio, Android), integrate machine and PLC data, deploy MES on web and mobile platforms, build reporting tools, maintain IGear and proprietary MES systems, troubleshoot issues, document designs and processes, and collaborate with IT, engineering, and plant teams to improve production performance.

Lead manufacturing cost accounting: analyze standard costs, variances, and inventory; perform month-end close, reporting, budgeting, forecasting; support audits, BOM and overhead reviews; identify cost savings and partner with operations and finance on profitability and process improvements.
