Operate and set up manufacturing equipment, follow standard work, perform visual and dimensional inspections, move materials, enter data into MRP, perform basic machine maintenance, operate forklifts/PIVs, and maintain safety and quality standards.

Lead benefits strategy, financial management, vendor oversight, and operations for health and welfare plans. Drive plan design, compliance, employee communications, governance, and cross-functional execution while building a scalable benefits team and processes.

Provide administrative and coordination support for HR operations across distribution centers: maintain HRIS records, track attendance and workforce planning, perform I-9 and personnel file audits, assist onboarding and benefits administration, generate HR reports in Excel, and support employee engagement and general HR administrative tasks.
