Manage sales and business development across Eastern Canada, driving profitable growth, market share, customer retention, and territory performance. Responsibilities include developing territory plans, managing distributor, dealer, retailer, and OEM accounts, forecasting sales, identifying opportunities, providing product solutions, monitoring competitors, maintaining CRM data, and collaborating on product launches and customer events. The role is fully remote in Quebec and requires bilingual English/French communication and travel throughout the territory.

Operates manufacturing equipment to produce products according to specifications and throughput targets. Responsibilities include preparing materials, setting up and cleaning machines, inspecting products, moving inventory, entering production data into an MRP system, making routine adjustments, and maintaining safety and quality standards. The role requires physical lifting, standing, PPE use, and operation of powered industrial vehicles in a production environment.
