Serves as the first point of contact for guests, operates the switchboard, answers calls, provides general information, handles complaints professionally, and assists with administrative tasks. The role requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, customer service, and stress-management skills. Employees may work flexible shifts across three nearby locations. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Sell vehicles by contacting leads, handling inquiries, scheduling dealership appointments, presenting inventory, conducting test drives, explaining pricing and financing, and building repeat customer relationships. The role includes daily follow-up with past buyers, referral generation, and collaboration with sales managers. No prior sales experience is required; training and mentorship are provided.

Creates on-camera short-form video content for dealership social channels, manages publishing and engagement, conducts school and community outreach, coordinates fundraising and dealership events, builds local partnerships, and tracks leads, appointments, showroom visits, and marketing results. The role requires frequent community presence, event attendance, content production, follow-up, and compliance with advertising, privacy, consent, and brand requirements.
