Sources and acquires vehicles for dealership inventory by researching private-party listings, contacting sellers, explaining the dealership’s buying advantages, setting appraisal appointments, following up, negotiating purchases, completing documentation, and managing a pipeline toward daily and monthly acquisition goals.

Serves as the first point of contact for guests, operates the switchboard, answers calls, provides general information, handles complaints professionally, and assists with administrative tasks. The role requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, customer service, and stress-management skills. Employees may work flexible shifts across three nearby locations. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Sell vehicles by contacting leads, handling inquiries, scheduling dealership appointments, presenting inventory, conducting test drives, explaining pricing and financing, and building repeat customer relationships. The role includes daily follow-up with past buyers, referral generation, and collaboration with sales managers. No prior sales experience is required; training and mentorship are provided.
