Own and accelerate Blipay’s growth engine in Brazil by developing and executing acquisition and engagement strategies across performance marketing, SEO, referrals, social media, and content. Monitor growth metrics, derive actionable insights, manage strategic partners, and collaborate with product, marketing, and business teams. The role requires hands-on execution, data-driven optimization, stakeholder negotiation, and ownership of scalable growth initiatives.

Own end-to-end design for complex financial product experiences from exploration through launch and iteration. Ensure Tilt's products, processes, and customer interactions comply with regulations. Manage complaints, perform UDAAP risk mapping and state regulatory research, test AI chatbot workflows, support audits, and drive process improvements through automation and data analysis.

As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you'll lead upper-funnel acquisition, develop media strategies, optimize campaigns, and influence brand engagement while measuring impact and efficiency across various platforms.
