The role requires building relationships with hospital executives and clinical stakeholders, navigating complex multi-party sales processes, exceeding quotas, and developing expertise in Nurse Call system design and configuration.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for TigerConnect’s clinical collaboration platform across large healthcare systems and IDNs. Develop executive relationships, territory strategies, and high-value pipelines; lead consultative demonstrations, business cases, negotiations, and contract closes. Navigate complex buying committees and partner cross-functionally with internal teams. Forecast opportunities, maintain CRM accuracy, and communicate platform value across clinical, operational, technical, and executive stakeholders.
