The role translates analytics into actionable plans, manages cross-functional projects, and uses AI or lightweight automation to improve marketing workflows.

Leads integrated, full-funnel marketing strategy and execution across DTC, retail, healthcare practitioner, ecommerce, international, Amazon, PR, influencer, social, paid media, CRM, content, and experiential channels. Owns campaign architecture, messaging, planning calendars, governance, cross-functional alignment, measurement, performance optimization, and executive communication. Partners with senior leadership and channel owners to connect brand strategy with customer insights, coordinated execution, and measurable business results.

Leads complex, cross-functional Technical Operations projects from concept through launch. Lead supplier quality and audit activities, manage CAPA and change control, investigate complaints and adverse events, oversee stability and PQRs, maintain supplier qualifications and agreements, support regulatory audits and SOPs, and drive continuous quality improvements in a cGMP manufacturing environment.
