Provide operational support across payroll, benefits, and HR functions including onboarding, ADP data entry, benefits reconciliation, audits, policy and job description management, HR records maintenance, compliance, and employee-facing support. Serve as backup for payroll and onboarding tasks while ensuring confidentiality and accurate HR reporting.

Supervise daily analytical laboratory operations on a weekend night shift, lead and train staff, manage workflows, review data and documentation, oversee instrument maintenance and compliance with GLP/cGMP/ISO17025, lead OOS investigations, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement and data integrity.

Lead design, development, migration, and operation of enterprise integrations using MuleSoft. Architect scalable, secure APIs and data flows, standardize patterns, maintain documentation and runbooks, build CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps), mentor teams, collaborate with Salesforce stakeholders, and respond to production incidents while driving sunset of legacy integration tools.
