Support the Quality Management System by maintaining controlled documents and quality records. Coordinate document creation, review, approval, change requests, and archival. Prepare and verify batch packets and records for production, support ERP and quality transactions, respond to COA requests, scan/file records, and assist with audits and continuous improvement to ensure cGMP/GDP compliance.

Support production leadership in daily operations of the Encapsulation department, manage staffing/equipment/workflow, ensure cGMP/FDA/OSHA compliance, review production records, partner with QA/Lab to resolve quality issues, drive continuous improvement, train and coach operators, and maintain inspection-ready, safe, efficient manufacturing.

Supervise daily analytical laboratory operations on a weekend night shift, lead and train staff, manage workflows, review data and documentation, oversee instrument maintenance and compliance with GLP/cGMP/ISO17025, lead OOS investigations, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement and data integrity.
