Creates, revises, routes, and maintains controlled manufacturing documents, including SOPs, work instructions, GMP forms, and related records. Collaborates with Production, Quality, Engineering, and subject matter experts to ensure documentation accurately reflects processes and complies with GDP, cGMP, and internal quality standards. Manages document workflows, periodic reviews, version control, corrections, and compliance issues while supporting manufacturing operations in a regulated environment.

Processes customer payments, invoices, credit memos, reconciliations, journal entries, collections, and commission reporting. Investigates billing discrepancies, past-due balances, and potentially fraudulent transactions while maintaining accurate accounts receivable records. Communicates with customers and cross-functional teams to resolve account issues, supports financial reporting and general ledger reconciliation, tests system changes, and improves accounts receivable processes.

Leads corporate FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, variance analysis, financial reporting, and business partnering. Supports IT finance by evaluating technology investments, vendor commitments, project economics, and departmental costs. Builds automated financial models, reporting tools, and investment business cases using NPV and related methodologies. Translates complex financial and operational data into executive insights, recommendations, and decision support while improving planning processes and reporting efficiency.
