Processes customer payments, invoices, credit memos, reconciliations, collections, and journal entries. Investigates billing discrepancies, monitors overdue balances, communicates with customers, supports financial reporting, and maintains accurate accounts receivable records. Uses Excel and accounting systems to analyze financial data, investigate potential fraud, test system changes, and improve processes while collaborating across Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.

Administers and owns the organization’s validated Learning Management System in a highly regulated environment. Responsibilities include LMS configuration, validation, change control, audit readiness, training assignments, records management, reporting, data reconciliation, user support, certification tracking, and onboarding coordination. The role ensures compliance with global regulatory requirements, maintains data integrity, supports inspections, and partners with Regulatory and Learning & Development stakeholders.

Manages engineering, controls, and manufacturing engineering teams supporting pharmaceutical and dietary supplement production. Leads shop-floor troubleshooting, corrective actions, OpEx and Kaizen initiatives, equipment qualifications, documentation, CAPAs, OEE improvements, and manufacturing equipment specifications. Oversees technical procedures, project timelines, resource allocation, team development, and cross-functional collaboration in an FDA-regulated, cGMP environment.
