Coordinates UQ’s Women in Engineering outreach program, developing workshops, presentations, seminars, industry experiences, and school engagement strategies for students in Years 8–12. Builds relationships with schools, educators, industry partners, sponsors, and university stakeholders; manages student ambassadors and advisory board activities; supports marketing communications; uses CRM systems; and analyzes program outcomes to measure effectiveness and advise senior faculty leaders.
