The Associate Director, Advancement leads fundraising strategies and manages donor relationships at IMB, influencing impactful research collaboration and mentoring a top-performing team.

Manage relationships with domestic and international sponsors and scholarship bodies, administer sponsored student programs, coordinate student, financial and administrative services across the university, identify and implement process improvements, and support strategic scholarship and sponsorship planning to deliver positive student outcomes.

Provide technical and systems support for staff and students, administer user access and configurations, develop and maintain online forms and workflows, identify and implement process improvements, support project delivery with testing and change activities, and prepare system documentation and user resources.
