Lead the Wide Bay Learning Community within UQ’s Rural Clinical School. Responsibilities include supporting medical student learning and progression, strengthening clinical education, mentoring educators and researchers, fostering scholarship, building partnerships with regional healthcare providers, promoting rural medical careers, and contributing to university governance and academic initiatives.

Leads administration, program management, governance, reporting, stakeholder engagement, financial planning, compliance, and risk management for an externally funded international research hub. Coordinates committees, partner organisations, project teams, budgets, intellectual property, performance monitoring, communications, and formal documentation while supporting strategic and operational objectives.

Lead the Awards team within UQ’s Research Office, overseeing post-award research administration, complex funding agreements, compliance advice, stakeholder relationships, team development, and continuous improvement. The role manages high-volume workloads, contributes to policy and governance activities, and supports effective research funding administration across the University.
