The Senior Project Officer will coordinate strategic projects for UQ Business School’s Indigenous Business Hub, strategic directions, and accreditation activities. Responsibilities include project planning, stakeholder engagement, events and logistics, grant submissions, budgeting, risk assessment, documentation, reporting, communications, and performance monitoring. The role requires respectful partnership with Indigenous communities, strong organisation, communication, consultation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects in a complex tertiary education environment.

Leads strategic network engagement and communications for a child wellbeing research network. Develops workplans, communication strategies, partnerships, events, digital engagement tools, reports, and evaluation activities while connecting researchers, clinicians, policymakers, service providers, funders, and communities to support knowledge exchange and research translation.

Manages postgraduate psychology student placements across university clinic and external settings. Responsibilities include developing placement opportunities, building provider partnerships, ensuring accreditation and regulatory compliance, leading rural placement projects, supervising students, and coordinating case presentations and support sessions. The role requires clinical psychology or neuropsychology qualifications, board-approved supervision status, professional experience, strong coordination skills, and effective stakeholder communication.
