Lead and supervise the UHCS nursing team, deliver primary healthcare (assessments, immunisations, long-term condition and mental health support), drive clinical governance and quality improvement, mentor staff, support workforce planning, and contribute to strategic, culturally responsive student health services.

Lead development and implementation of enterprise risk, business continuity, and incident management programmes. Advise stakeholders on risk frameworks and mitigation, facilitate workshops and training, produce risk reporting and analysis for leadership, and support resilience planning, incident response coordination, and continuous improvement across the University.

Coordinate end-to-end doctoral examinations, manage logistics (including international examiners and oral exams), advise on policies, assess examiner nominations and reports, build stakeholder relationships, deliver guidance and workshops, and identify process improvements to ensure compliant, smooth doctoral completion.

Assess scholarship applications, determine eligibility, prepare award recommendations, advise students and staff, manage application processes and student records, support online application systems, build stakeholder relationships, contribute to process improvements, and assist with training during peak periods.

Provide administrative and executive support across School disciplines: coordinate recruitment and onboarding, manage purchasing and travel, act as key contact for stakeholders, organise internal events, advise on university policies, and perform diary management and confidential executive assistance.

Deliver outreach, presentations and recruitment activities to secondary schools and communities. Coordinate faculty-specific engagement, develop digital and in-person content, build stakeholder relationships, monitor applications and enrolments, and identify improvements to enhance the school‑leaver experience and recruitment outcomes.

Manage and deliver complex genomics research programmes (newborn genomics, cerebral palsy, rare disorders) across diverse stakeholders. Coordinate project timelines, reporting, budgets, and ensure successful delivery of nationally impactful, philanthropically funded research. Liaise with clinical and research teams and apply project management methodologies.

The role involves providing comprehensive typed notes for students with disabilities within 24 hours of lectures, ensuring notes are factual and well-structured without personal opinions.

The role involves conducting impactful research in behavioural information systems, delivering exceptional teaching for undergraduate and postgraduate courses, and supervising graduate research students. A strong publication record and curriculum development experience are required.
