Manage credit control and collections for a high-volume accounts receivable portfolio. Responsibilities include pursuing overdue payments, resolving customer issues, maintaining stakeholder and funder relationships, complying with New Zealand legislation and university policies, meeting targets, improving processes, and accurately using Excel and ERP systems.

Manages major-gift fundraising for the Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences. Builds relationships with high-net-worth individuals, trusts, foundations, and corporate partners; identifies and cultivates prospects; develops proposals and engagement strategies; solicits and stewards donors; and collaborates with university leaders to align philanthropic opportunities with faculty priorities and secure significant investment.

Plans, coordinates, delivers, and improves innovation and entrepreneurship programmes and events, with particular responsibility for Māori-focused programmes and cohorts. Manages logistics, communications, contributors, participant experiences, outreach, relationships, reporting, and feedback. Supports Māori and Pacific participation through culturally responsive engagement grounded in tikanga Māori, while collaborating with academics, facilitators, practitioners, and community partners.
