Lead recruitment for a portfolio of faculties and departments, advising hiring managers, sourcing talent, supporting workforce planning and pipelining, ensuring compliance with employment law and university policy, and using recruitment data and market intelligence to improve hiring outcomes and candidate experience.

Manage negotiation, drafting, and execution of complex research contracts, subcontracts and variations. Provide expert contractual advice, review budgets and payment schedules, support advisers, maintain contract data and reporting, and partner with UniServices on IP, commercial and risk matters while building stakeholder relationships.

Coordinate and deliver the University’s High Performance Programme for student-athletes, providing academic and wellbeing support, workshops, events, stakeholder engagement, advocacy, reporting, budget administration, and assistance with national and international sporting events to promote student development and success.
