Manage and improve innovation and entrepreneurship programmes, with a focus on Māori and Pacific participation. Build trusted relationships with students, staff, communities, academics, facilitators and partners; coordinate programme delivery; support outreach and recruitment; create engaging participant experiences; and use feedback, data and stakeholder insights to improve programme quality and progression.

Develop and deliver sustainability communications across digital, web, social, internal, and external channels. Advise stakeholders, translate complex topics into accessible content, identify impact stories, and support sustainability, SDG, rankings, and external benchmarking reporting. The role also contributes to strategic campaigns, engagement, reputation, and understanding across the university.

Coordinate and support IMAC’s online learning courses and learning management systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting system and access issues, analyzing errors, supporting users, contributing to continuous quality improvement, and assisting with digital transformation projects. The role also provides training and support to staff and colleagues while helping maintain integrated information systems for national immunisation education programs.
