Manage inbound travel enquiries across phone, email, and chat, converting them into bookings through consultative selling. Provide personalised travel advice, tailor solutions, and upsell flights, accommodation, and packages. Achieve sales targets, manage an individual pipeline, maintain booking accuracy, and deliver a seamless customer experience. Use GDS and booking systems to search, quote, and process travel while staying current on airline rules, fares, and industry trends.

Provide end-to-end travel support across voice, email, WhatsApp and chat. Resolve complex ticketing (reissues, refunds, exchanges), manage NDC and GDS bookings, liaise with airlines/suppliers, ensure compliance, minimise ADM exposure, meet SLAs and KPIs, and support process improvement and training.

Develop and maintain backend systems for airline integrations, payment gateways, APIs and microservices. Design and modify modules, write unit/integration tests, perform code reviews, maintain technical documentation, participate in scrum and sprint planning, collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD and cloud deployments (AWS/GCP), provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers, and contribute to system architecture and problem resolution.

Support group financial reporting, consolidations, technical IFRS accounting, internal controls, and audits across multi-entity, multi-currency operations. Prepare reconciliations, variance analysis, accounting memos, assist external/internal audits, drive process improvements, and liaise with local finance teams to standardise and automate reporting.

Lead and manage IT infrastructure and operations across cloud and on-prem environments. Ensure security, compliance (PCI DSS, POPIA, NIST), high availability, disaster recovery, vendor management, and a high-performing IT team aligned with business objectives.
