Supports the BSA Officer in maintaining the bank’s BSA, AML, CIP, and OFAC compliance programs. Responsibilities include reviewing customer identification and beneficial ownership information, conducting enhanced due diligence, checking AML data integrity, preparing Currency Transaction Reports, analyzing transaction-monitoring alerts for suspicious activity, recommending monitoring-system improvements, and maintaining knowledge of applicable regulations.

Manage commercial credit relationships and support loan officers with new loan requests, renewals, modifications, and documentation. Analyze financial statements, assess borrower creditworthiness, recommend loan structures, prepare and present credit packages, monitor construction loans, coordinate closings, and support portfolio growth. Serve as a borrower contact, collaborate with credit and loan operations teams, recommend product improvements, and refer customers to additional banking services.

Reviews appraisal reports for new and renewal loan requests, performs or reviews in-house evaluations, resolves appraisal errors and deficiencies, and helps maintain the approved appraiser database. The role requires knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements, strong communication and analytical decision-support skills, and the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. A bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or finance is preferred, along with three years of appraisal review, commercial real estate, or finance experience.

The Deposit Services Specialist develops and maintains customer relationships, manages customer inquiries, cross-sells bank products, and ensures compliance with regulations while delivering excellent service.
