Leads grain origination and purchasing by developing producer relationships, executing contracts, optimizing delivered costs, coordinating freight and logistics, and growing market share. Develops purchasing strategies, manages commodity quality and compliance, provides market insights, supports regenerative agriculture initiatives, and mentors Originator team members. The role also builds new producer relationships, participates in industry events, and collaborates with merchandising, accounting, logistics, and facility teams.

Lead regional commodity origination and buying activities for grain/special crops: source producers, execute purchase contracts, coordinate logistics and freight, mentor originator team members, leverage CTRM and digital origination tools, attend industry events, and implement regenerative agriculture initiatives to grow market share and ensure contract compliance.

Support and optimize Workday Financials implementations and operations: recommend configuration enhancements, automate processes, test and validate data, document controls, handle help-desk tickets, support change management, and assist with upgrades and module implementations.

Lead safe, efficient, and profitable operation of the Jerome feed mill. Manage production, maintenance, logistics, and third-party partners; align operations with commercial strategy; own site P&L; drive throughput, yield, uptime, and cost improvements; ensure regulatory and food safety compliance; develop site talent and cross-functional alignment to meet customer and financial objectives.
