Supports the design, implementation, maintenance, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of business systems and IT infrastructure. The role collaborates with stakeholders, documents requirements, automates repetitive processes, troubleshoots issues, participates in change management, and provides post-delivery support. Engineers use Claude Code with Angular and .NET/C# while following GitHub, testing, security, architecture, responsible AI, and deployment standards.

Supports the Legal Department with drafting, reviewing, analyzing, and administering contracts and other legal matters. Maintains legal records, trackers, deadlines, templates, and workflow systems; conducts research; organizes documents for audits, litigation, due diligence, and regulatory requests; and coordinates contract approvals, signatures, execution, and filing. Collaborates with attorneys, internal teams, and outside counsel while handling confidential information and multiple assignments independently.

Supports the Legal Department with commercial contract review, drafting, administration, negotiation coordination, compliance monitoring, risk escalation, recordkeeping, and contract lifecycle management. Maintains templates, databases, repositories, and workflow tools; prepares contract summaries and reports; and organizes documentation for audits, due diligence, and legal projects. Collaborates with Legal, Commercial, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
