Senior HR Business Partner supporting Scoular’s Grain Division by advising leaders on employee relations, performance management, hiring, compensation, workforce planning, change management, M&A integration, and engagement. The role leads investigations, supports organizational development and reduction-in-force processes, analyzes HR data, and partners with managers across corporate and facility locations. Approximately 20% travel is required.

Leads rail feedgrains trading strategy, profitability, risk management, freight execution, customer relationships, and supply chain optimization. Manages trade unit P&L, forecasting, budgeting, market analysis, and transportation commitments while leading and developing merchandisers and execution specialists. The role drives commercial growth, cross-functional collaboration, strategic planning, and effective execution across agricultural commodity and rail freight markets. Domestic and international travel may be required as needed.

Leads domestic and international logistics execution, including shipment planning, freight negotiation, tracking, documentation, contract fulfillment, and issue resolution. Coordinates daily with suppliers, warehouses, freight providers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery. Evaluates transportation options, identifies cost-saving opportunities, manages strategic supplier relationships, tracks performance metrics, and audits demurrage and detention claims.
