Scoular’s Supply Chain Internship immerses you in a challenging, fast-paced environment to purchase, and transport ingredients worldwide. By leveraging our complex agricultural supply chain across industries, you will:
- Learn the logistics, supply chain, and commercial operations of international food ingredient distribution.
- Support projects involving supplier management, customer support, business analytics, process improvement, and supply chain operations.
- Analyze business data, market information, and operational processes to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges and improve operational performance.
- Utilize tools such as Excel, Power BI, CRM systems, AI-enabled technologies, and automation platforms to support decision-making and process improvements.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and service providers.
- Lead a high-impact summer project focused on improving a business process, creating operational efficiencies, or enhancing visibility across the supply chain.
- Present project findings, recommendations, and business impact to company leadership at the conclusion of the internship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in international business, Supply Chain Management or related field. Preferably a 2029 Grad.
- Interested in a career where you can grow a business and collaborate across departments

Internship Program Overview:

What to Expect During the Hiring Process
At Scoular, we try to keep the hiring process straightforward and communicate with you every step of the way. Most Intern and Pathways positions are filled during the fall recruiting season, with the majority of offers extended between September and November. Most candidates can expect to complete the interview process within a few weeks, though timing may vary based on the role and recruiting volume. Our recruiting team will keep you informed throughout the process and you will hear from us regardless if you are not selected.
