Provide front-line IT support for desktops, telephony, and systems: troubleshoot and resolve issues, create and manage support tickets, set up new PCs, assist department leads, and travel occasionally between Malvern locations.

Manage and oversee nursing unit operations in a behavioral health facility: supervise staff, ensure patient safety and medication administration, coordinate with medical and pharmacy teams, lead infection control and emergency response, participate in performance improvement, and handle scheduling and patient education.

Provide direct patient care to individuals with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Support unit programming, supervise activities, conduct searches and drug screens, document interactions, maintain safety and therapeutic boundaries, and communicate patient issues to clinical team.

Provide direct, therapeutic support and supervision to patients with chemical dependency and co-occurring mental health disorders. Assist treatment team with patient care, programming, searches, drug screens, documentation, safety procedures, group and individual support, and training new staff while maintaining therapeutic boundaries and a safe milieu.

Supervise counseling and clinical staff, provide one-on-one clinical supervision, conduct evaluations and admissions per ASAM criteria, deliver individual and group therapy, manage documentation and discharge summaries, participate in staff recruitment, training, and program improvement projects, and address patient behavioral issues.

Conduct continued stay and concurrent utilization reviews for acute psychiatric and residential substance use clients, document authorizations, coordinate appeals, communicate ASAM and medical necessity criteria to payers, liaise with treatment teams and finance, maintain denial logs and review sheets, educate staff on documentation and insurance requirements, and support quality and compliance efforts.
