Develops and executes marketing plans and campaigns for assigned brands. Conducts market and competitive analysis, creates tactical plans, manages budgets and KPIs, coordinates cross-functional teams, tracks campaign performance, resolves project roadblocks, and builds external partnerships for PR and marketing opportunities. The role manages multiple projects and ensures campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand strategy.

Creates and manages digital and print graphic assets for marketing campaigns, websites, social media, presentations, and brand initiatives. Develops concepts, layouts, illustrations, infographics, and mock-ups while maintaining brand consistency. Collaborates with marketing, creative teams, printers, vendors, and stakeholders; incorporates feedback, manages multiple deadlines, maintains organized files, and supports web, motion graphics, video, email, and occasional 3D design needs.

Assemble furniture components using power tools and machines to meet daily production goals. Follow assembly prints and procedures, maintain a clean workspace, adhere to safety and PPE rules, report issues to supervisors, support other departments, and continuously learn product codes and processes.

Support the sales pipeline through accurate order entry, database stewardship, lead qualification, account setup, and cross-departmental coordination. Use data to identify trends, resolve operational issues, and enable seamless onboarding and fulfillment for dealer partners.

Prepare and verify accurate drawing packets and BOMs for production by reviewing NetSuite/Salesforce order data, drafting and editing SolidWorks parts/assemblies, producing DXF outputs for CNC routing, and coordinating with engineering, production, sales, and customer service to keep orders flowing and standards updated.
