Sources candidates, builds talent pipelines, screens applicants, coordinates interviews, partners with hiring managers, maintains ATS records, supports compliant hiring practices, attends recruitment events, and improves interview guides, employer branding, and recruitment strategy. Success is measured by quality hires, efficient time-to-fill, and a positive candidate and hiring-manager experience.

Assembles furniture products according to orders, prints, procedures, and quality standards.
