Provides nursing care to assisted living residents across first- and second-shift schedules. Provides administrative support to Plant Operations leadership in a senior living community. Responsibilities include resident help desk support, contractor coordination, invoice and accounts payable processing, purchase orders, bookkeeping, work order management, maintenance contract tracking, records maintenance, scheduling, resident communication, and assistance with preventive maintenance and capital projects.

Leads all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee development and engagement, retention, employee relations investigations, performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, budgeting, and strategic workforce planning. Partners with organizational leadership to support business objectives, maintain employment-law compliance, allocate resources effectively, and foster accountability and service excellence. Requires a bachelor’s degree, substantial HR experience, strong communication skills, a valid driver’s license, golf cart training, and successful background and drug screening.
