Leads regional marketing and sales strategy for senior living communities and health centers, driving brand positioning, occupancy, revenue, and move-in goals. Oversees marketing plans, sales execution, budgeting, CRM reporting, staff training, recruitment, performance management, and client relationships. Partners with community and corporate leadership to improve marketing and sales performance across independent living, assisted living, memory care, and health center services.

Provides financial and administrative support for a senior living community. Responsibilities include processing resident payments, ACH transactions, census changes, ancillary charges, billing statements, rent increases, accounts receivable collections, and month-end reconciliations. The role maintains accurate accounting records, supports the Executive Director, coordinates with Community Accounting, and delivers professional service to residents, guests, and staff.

Leads enterprise business intelligence strategy, roadmap, product delivery, semantic modeling, governance, adoption, and AI-assisted analytics. Partners with Data Engineering, Data Governance, Data Science, AI Solutions, and IT to deliver scalable reporting and decision-support capabilities. Manages and develops the BI team, prioritizes demand, establishes delivery standards, measures business value, and remains hands-on in solution design and technical problem-solving.
