Lake Port Square is seeking a friendly, organized, and service-driven Hospitality Coordinator to support our Dining Services team. This position serves as the primary contact for resident dining reservations, special events, catering requests, and administrative support while helping create exceptional dining experiences for our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate resident reservations, catering, and special events
  • Prepare and distribute dining menus
  • Manage dining records, meal counts, and resident charges
  • Assist with scheduling, interviews, timecards, and staffing support
  • Maintain liquor inventory and departmental reports
  • Address resident dining concerns in a professional manner
  • Provide dining room and service support as needed
  • Collaborate with culinary and dining leadership to ensure excellent service

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • At least one year of hospitality, restaurant, hotel, club, or senior living experience preferred
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience with scheduling, POS systems, and Microsoft Office preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Proven ability with computer and communication skills. 

Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products. 

Minimum two years’ experience in an office or other professional environment as an administrative worker.
