Manages financial and administrative operations for a senior living community, including resident agreements, census changes, rent and ACH payments, ancillary charges, billing statements, rent increase notices, accounts receivable aging, and delinquent account collections. Provides financial support to the Executive Director while maintaining accurate records, confidentiality, professionalism, and responsive service to residents, employees, and guests.

The role requires an active Illinois EMT license, effective communication, dependable attendance, and the ability to pass background and drug screening. Previous security experience is preferred.

Leads all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee development, engagement, retention, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, budgeting, and strategic workforce planning. Partners with organizational leadership to support business objectives, ensure employment-law compliance, drive continuous improvement, and foster accountability and service excellence.

Implements, maintains, optimizes, and supports business systems. Analyzes complex issues, identifies root causes, improves processes, develops automation and AI-enabled solutions, and uses reporting and dashboards to guide decisions. Responsibilities include general ledger analysis, journal entries, bank and investment reconciliations, fixed assets, construction-in-progress accounts, accounts payable and billing oversight, audit schedules, budget support, Foundation accounting, and monthly BlackLine reconciliation certification.

Supervise nursing staff and provide direct care to senior living residents on the 3–11 PM shift. Supervise dining service teams across multiple venues, lead pre-shift reviews, support resident and guest service, coach staff, and maintain safety and sanitation standards. Oversee cleaning, restocking, side work, and event setup while assisting with training, scheduling, and leadership communication. The role requires active participation during shifts, strong hospitality skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
