Directs human resources activities for a senior living community, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, engagement, compliance, compensation analysis, job descriptions, and personnel policies. Partners with managers and employees on coaching, performance improvement, development, and workplace concerns while ensuring consistent HR practices and legal compliance.
