Manage and grow strategic switchgear-market accounts through technical sales, business development, customer advising, pipeline management, quotations, negotiations, and profitability oversight. Works under senior engineering or plant leadership while developing manufacturing and continuous improvement expertise. The role also contributes to work instruction updates, A3 projects, process optimization, and implementation of equipment, tooling, and process changes.

Provides technical expertise for generator applications, translates customer requirements into engineered solutions, supports product development, and creates technical marketing content. The role collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, analyzes applications and markets, documents technical information, supports capability development, and maintains customer relationships. It requires an engineering degree, customer-facing communication, and travel of approximately 25% to 50%.

Prepare accurate monthly financial statements, reconciliations, forecasts, budgets, and gross-profit analyses. Support year-end reviews, manufacturing accounting systems, burden-rate maintenance, inventory programs, and continuous-improvement initiatives. The role collaborates with teams across Mexico, Canada, and China on accounting, tax, compliance, and reporting matters. It requires strong technical accounting, analytical, communication, and multitasking skills, plus bilingual fluency and limited travel.

Process Engineer I will improve manufacturing processes, support Lean and Kaizen initiatives, analyze production data, investigate root causes, and lead continuous improvement and capital projects. The role includes creating CAD drawings, process documentation, work instructions, and training materials while collaborating with production and engineering teams. Candidates should have an engineering degree, manufacturing experience, CAD or SolidWorks skills, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
