Supports capital equipment and manufacturing engineering projects from specification through installation, commissioning, and startup. Creates SolidWorks drawings and equipment layouts, improves tooling, fixtures, CNC processes, and mechanical systems, troubleshoots equipment, and contributes to budgets, schedules, ROI tracking, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple facilities.

Enter and fulfill customer orders accurately using ERP-CRM and database systems. Respond to customer inquiries about quotes, order status, pricing, tracking, and account information. The role collaborates with teams across Mexico, Canada, and China on accounting, tax, compliance, and reporting matters. It requires strong technical accounting, analytical, communication, and multitasking skills, plus bilingual fluency and limited travel.

Leads quality assurance, quality control, and continuous improvement across multiple manufacturing facilities. The role manages quality systems, compliance, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, customer requirements, process improvements, and quality metrics.
