Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment and production operations for an assigned value stream, including scheduling, staffing, quality, safety, throughput, inventory, shipping, and profitability. Lead continuous improvement initiatives, kaizens, root-cause analysis, waste reduction, budgeting, and compliance efforts. Coordinate with sales, customer service, estimating, and plant leadership to resolve customer issues and support new product development. Develop, train, and manage supervisors and production personnel.

Supports manufacturing process improvement, troubleshooting, Lean and Kaizen initiatives, root-cause investigations, data analysis, documentation, safety activities, capital projects, CAD drawings, and material or equipment trials. Works under senior engineering or plant leadership while developing manufacturing and continuous improvement expertise. The role also contributes to work instruction updates, A3 projects, process optimization, and implementation of equipment, tooling, and process changes.

Supports plant operations and corporate HR initiatives through employee relations, workplace investigations, onboarding, policy compliance, employee and manager guidance, attendance and timekeeping support, and corrective action processes. Maintains confidential documentation, partners with leaders, and collaborates with corporate HR on programs and compliance priorities.
