Supervises casino cage operations, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Manages currency, coins, gaming chips, plaques, tokens, inventories, and operational records. Trains, evaluates, and supervises cage personnel while promoting excellent service and positive workplace relations. Requires cash handling, drawer reconciliation, mathematical calculation, and supervisory experience. The role works overnight in a busy casino environment and requires a State Casino Key Employee license.

Provides administrative support to Human Resources by answering employee questions, managing calls, preparing badges and ID cards, maintaining I-9 and personnel files, handling employment verifications, distributing mail, and completing general filing and office tasks. Requires strong communication, customer service, multitasking, typing, and Microsoft Office skills.

The Houseperson is responsible for maintaining cleanliness in hallways and public spaces, delivering items to guest rooms, and collecting soiled linens. They also handle guest requests and perform other housekeeping tasks as needed.
