Receives and verifies daily shipments, inspects merchandise, enters shipment data, prepares analysis, prints price tags, conducts physical inventory, and maintains an organized receiving area. The role also tags merchandise, handles shipping for guests and shops, delivers goods to store locations, and assists purchasing staff with projects. Weekend work may be required, along with forklift training and a valid driver's license during probation.

Supervises casino cage operations, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Manages currency, coins, gaming chips, plaques, tokens, inventories, and operational records. Trains, evaluates, and supervises cage personnel while promoting excellent service and positive workplace relations. Requires cash handling, drawer reconciliation, mathematical calculation, and supervisory experience. The role works overnight in a busy casino environment and requires a State Casino Key Employee license.

Processes weekly and on-demand check runs, reviews and codes invoices, maintains vendor and payable documentation, prepares invoices for payment, and balances accounts payable control accounts. The role also researches and resolves discrepancies, prepares reports, journal entries, and general ledger records, and performs lead accounts payable duties when needed. Work is conducted independently during regular weekday business hours with strong attention to detail and communication skills.
