Responsibilities include vendor and speaker liaison work, attendee check-in, visitor assistance, setup and cleanup, refreshments and technology preparation, rehearsals, and post-program debriefs. The role requires flexible daytime, evening, weekend, and occasional holiday availability, strong organization, problem-solving, communication, and visitor-service skills, plus physical ability to stand, walk, and move event equipment.
