Lead overall operations and performance for a Life Plan senior living community offering independent living, memory care, assisted living, home health, and skilled nursing. Responsibilities include operational oversight, regulatory compliance, financial and metric management, strategic execution, relationship development, employee engagement, and ensuring an exceptional resident experience.

Plans and facilitates recreational and enrichment activities for senior residents, adapting programs to their needs, abilities, and interests. Responsibilities provide exposure to organizational operations, financial reporting, budgeting, financial statement review, general ledger processes, and GAAP accounting through mentorship, training, and shadowing.

Full-time, 12-week risk management internship involving cross-departmental projects, professional development, mentoring, operational exposure, and a final presentation to senior leadership. Interns will support risk-related initiatives and gain experience with reporting, environmental health and safety, OSHA, life safety, and risk mitigation.

A full-time, 12-week Project Management Internship involving contributions to organizational projects, cross-department collaboration, professional development, mentorship, and exposure to operations. Interns will present project outcomes and their summer experience to senior leadership. Candidates should be enrolled in finance, real estate, economics, or a related program, with strong communication and attention to detail. Development or construction project-management exposure is preferred.

Provide compassionate resident care, supervise and support nursing staff, and promote residents’ well-being in a supportive senior living community. The part-time LPN works a 6:00 AM–6:30 PM schedule and must hold an Arizona or compact-state LPN license, CPR certification, and Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance.

Performs indoor and outdoor security rounds, monitors security checks and radio requests, responds to emergency calls, maintains incident and safety logs, and promptly notifies appropriate personnel of emergencies. The role also completes door unlock logs, e-call logs, doctor run sheets, repair requests, and shift handoff reports while supporting a secure senior living environment.

Plans, schedules, and leads meaningful individual and group activities for senior residents, including those needing physical assistance or experiencing memory loss. Coordinates special events, prepares monthly activity calendars, supports wellness education, promotes a healthy community culture, and follows established life enrichment programs. This is a full-time role requiring every other weekend, with a high school diploma or GED and preferably six months of experience working with seniors.
