Administer prescribed medications to assisted living residents following physician orders and facility protocols, monitor for adverse reactions, document in the EHR, assist with ADLs, and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure resident safety and compliance.

Lead overall operations of a 40-bed memory care assisted living facility: manage staff, ensure regulatory compliance and resident-centered care, drive admissions and marketing, oversee budgets, and maintain family and community relations.

Lead and manage all aspects of a 40-bed private-pay memory care assisted living facility, including staff leadership, resident-centered care, regulatory compliance, marketing and admissions, budget management, family relations, and staff development to ensure high-quality, safe, and efficient operations.
