Responsibilities include medication storage and inventory, documentation, monitoring for adverse reactions and health changes, reporting concerns, assisting with activities of daily living, and collaborating with nursing and caregiving teams. The role requires compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and medication safety protocols.

Provides non-clinical assistance and companionship to residents in a healthcare or long-term care facility. Responsibilities include supporting daily activities, serving meals, maintaining clean and comfortable environments, delivering supplies, assisting with personal comfort needs, transporting residents, supporting activities, and reporting concerns to nursing staff.
