Provide direct patient care in long-term care or assisted living: administer medications, perform wound care, monitor vitals, document health status, assist with ADLs, collaborate with RNs and physicians, and follow care plans while maintaining safety and infection-control protocols.

Lead and manage all aspects of a 40-bed private-pay memory care assisted living facility, including staff leadership, resident-centered care, regulatory compliance, marketing and admissions, budget management, family relations, and staff development to ensure high-quality, safe, and efficient operations.
