Provides behavioral services to adults in a day program, including functional behavior assessments, behavior support plans, data analysis, intervention implementation, staff and caregiver training, and supervision of RBTs. Develops programming to improve vocational skills, independence, and community access. Maintains documentation, collaborates with families and case managers, attends team meetings, and implements safety crisis management strategies. Requires physical ability to support clients, including responding to elopement situations.

Provides administrative and office support, including purchasing supplies, processing receipts and purchase orders, maintaining employee and licensing records, supporting onboarding and intake, managing documentation and training records, assisting with billing, answering phones, coordinating vehicle and building maintenance, tracking emergencies and follow-ups, and ensuring required drills, inspections, and compliance documentation are completed.

Provides direct support to autistic and IDD consumers by preparing instructional materials, implementing curricula and behavior plans, assisting with hygiene, facilitating leisure and community activities, maintaining safety, recording data, and responding to crises using trained intervention techniques.
