Support and maintain IT governance, risk, and compliance programs including SOC 2 activities, vendor security assessments, risk registers, remediation tracking, access reviews, and governance of AI/automation. Serve as a compliance contact, collaborate with stakeholders, evaluate technology requests, and support governance configurations and audit evidence collection.

Serve as liaison between advisors, clients, and carriers to investigate claims, resolve service issues, update insurance changes, record interactions, meet daily task completion targets, attend carrier trainings, and provide internal support and training.

Provide account service support to advisors and clients by investigating inquiries, liaising with carriers, recording interactions, resolving claims and billing issues, meeting daily task metrics, training staff, and staying current with industry regulations and carrier trainings.

Support and improve company data systems (Salesforce, Agency Integrator, Agency Works), produce routine and ad hoc reports, ensure data accuracy via imports/updates, train and support users, collaborate with vendors, and assist leadership on related business operations tasks.

Work with independent agents, brokers, and carriers to sell life, disability, and long-term care solutions. Build and maintain relationships, support sales calls and training, evaluate agent effectiveness, exceed sales goals, obtain required insurance licensures, and represent the company professionally.

Provide clerical, receptionist, and administrative support across departments: photocopying, scanning, electronic filing, answering phones, locating policy and client information in technology platforms, preparing daily mailings, maintaining a professional lobby/kitchen, collaborating with administrative staff, and serving as receptionist backup. Use Microsoft Office and general databases while prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and delivering excellent customer service.

Build and maintain group benefit configurations in administration systems for new and renewing groups. Enter plan, eligibility, and group data; process updates and changes; maintain documentation and tracking notes. Collaborate with analysts, account managers, and client support to resolve issues, follow checklists and quality standards, and escalate risks as needed.

Sell group benefits and related insurance products to agents, brokers, and carriers within assigned Texas territory. Build and maintain carrier and agent relationships, deliver presentations and training, support enrollments, meet sales targets, and maintain required insurance licensure and professional certifications. Travel and occasional evening/weekend work required.

Support accounting operations by processing vendor bills, reimbursements, and credit card transactions; prepare reports; ensure transaction accuracy and data integrity; maintain vendor records; respond to expense inquiries; coordinate with accounting to resolve issues and improve processes while maintaining confidentiality.

12–18 month Rep Development Program training candidates to become Sales Representatives. Trainees learn TCG operations and sales-support tasks, coordinate with sales reps, obtain Life and Health insurance licensure, meet performance metrics and certifications, deliver sales presentations, and may relocate after training. Role requires client communication, use of Microsoft Office and databases, travel, and a three-year commitment.
