Manage group insurance proposal and renewal processes by retrieving carrier renewals, gathering quote information, consolidating proposals, maintaining databases, tracking outstanding quotes, and supporting Account Executives and Sales Representatives. The role requires coordination with carrier partners, accuracy, deadline management, knowledge of group insurance products and procedures, and assistance with employee training.

Work with independent agents, brokers, and carriers to sell life, disability, and long-term care solutions. Build and maintain relationships, support sales calls and training, evaluate agent effectiveness, exceed sales goals, obtain required insurance licensures, and represent the company professionally.

Provide day-to-day integration and enrollment support for group benefits platforms: assist with 834 open enrollment tasks, manage system updates, support implementations during peak periods, resolve basic enrollment discrepancies, communicate with agents, carriers, and internal teams, and complete required trainings and exams.
